All of our Angus beef is open pastured grass fed and then finished on a ration of mixed grain, with absolutely no corn, for a minimum of 120 days, and then air chilled and dry aged for at least 21 days. Our Beef represents the most flavourful beef experience you can have. You won't be disappointed!
